Tel Aviv, Israel - - March 11, 2008 - AIPoint, a developer of specialized contact center and phone system management solutions, has announced today that it will provide satellite television carrier HOTwith WFMPlus™, a WFM system for optimizing the company's contact centers.
The WFM (Workforce Management) system includes modules for shift forecasting, planning, staffing, and real-time monitoring in contact centers and in their adjacent organizational environments. The system will operate through a user-friendly Intranet interface.
In addition, the system will interface with a variety of leading third-party systems, including AVAYA CTI and more.
