AIPoint to Supply Hot With WFMPlus™ System
Tel Aviv, Israel - - March 11, 2008 - AIPoint, a developer of specialized contact center and phone system management solutions, has announced today that it will provide satellite television carrier HOTwith WFMPlus™, a WFM system for optimizing the company's contact centers.

The WFM (Workforce Management) system includes modules for shift forecasting, planning, staffing, and real-time monitoring in contact centers and in their adjacent organizational environments. The system will operate through a user-friendly Intranet interface.

In addition, the system will interface with a variety of leading third-party systems, including AVAYA CTI and more. Hot is a telecommunications and cable television company in Israel founded on August 18, 2003. It is the union of the three national cable companies in Israel - Matav, Tevel, and Golden Channels .Hot offers about 200 local and foreign language channels in its digital television services. WFMPlus™ ready-made solution was chosen due to its flexibility, a characteristic needed to meet the complex work demands of the banking system, and to seamlessly integrate with Hot's existing infrastructure; Hot's contact center includes, among other systems, a Nice recording system, an Avaya PBX,CTI, and an attendance card system.
